 About  Managing  Director 

Taranisen Meher is a veteran professional in rural development with extensive qualifications including MA and M. Phil in Social Work, MBA in HR and MA in Tribal Development. He has over 15 years of experience working with NGOs and government bodies in various districts of  Odisha state. 


As the Managing Director of RSEF, Taranisen Meher leads the organization's mission with his in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in rural development. His focus is on skill-based education and entrepreneurship programs to empower youth and SHG members of odisha state

About  RSE Foundation

Rural Skill and Entrepreneurship Foundation (RSEF) is a non-profit organization committed to the holistic development of rural communities, registered under section 8 of Company Act 2013, under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. Of India. RSE Foundation aims to bridge the gap between rural and urban areas by providing comprehensive support in education, skill development, healthcare, livelihood opportunities and environment protection. 

Our foundation operates with a vision of creating self-sustaining rural ecosystems where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and contribute to the nation's growth.


Objective of the Organization

⦁ To develop, Establish, promote, facilitate, promotion, improvement of educational, social, cultural, economical, medical relief and skilling of youth and livelihood work to the poor and downtrodden and advancement of any other charitable and developmental objects of general public utility and welfare for all. 

⦁ To provide opportunities to develop skills and talents of deprived persons with the aim of generating a sustainable income and be independent to march with the time and age. 

⦁ To promote commerce, art, science, sports, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity, protection of environment or any such other object; 

⦁ To work for the uplifting of the standard of the society at large and that too without any discrimination. 

⦁ To undertake any Corporate Social Responsibility projects and to carry on all those activities which have been mentioned in schedule VII relevant to section 135 of Companies Act, 2013. 

⦁ This company can receive donations from any person/organisation and can give donations to other NGOs, trusts and section 8 companies.


ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN

⦁ Jala chhatra at Pathar Chepa village.

⦁ Supply of study materials to Parbati Giri Balashram, Patharchepa, Dist: Balangir

⦁ Supply of rice pocket to old age home, Balangir

⦁ Harbal garden at Govt. Women’s Collage, Balangir.

⦁ Road side Plantation at Brahmanijore village of Deogarn Block, Dist: Balangir

⦁ Awareness camp on plantation and Mixed plantation at Kutrapali village of Balangir district.

⦁ Mixed Plantation at Lankabahal village of Loisingha Block, Dist: Balangir.



  1. I. The Name of the Company is: RURAL SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOUNDATION.
  2. II. The Registered Office of the Company will be situated in the “State of Odisha.”.
  3. III. (A) THE OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE:
  1. To develop, Establish, promote, facilitate, promotion, improvement of educational, social, cultural, economical, medical relief and skilling of youth and livelihood work to the poor and downtrodden and advancement of any other charitable and developmental objects of general public utility and welfare for all.
  2. To provide opportunities to develop skills and talents of deprived persons with the aim of generating a sustainable income and be independent to march with the time and age
  3. The benefits of the company shall be extended to the mankind, to the public at large without any discrimination on the basis on cast, sex, religion or any other.
  4. To promote commerce, art, science, sports, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity, protection of environment or any such other object;
  5. To work for the uplifting of the standard of the society at large and that too without any discrimination
  6. To undertake any Corporate Social Responsibility projects and to carry on all those activities which have been mentioned in schedule VII relevant to section 135 of Companies Act , 2013
  7. This company can receive donations from any person and can give donations to other NGOs, trusts and section 8 companies.
  8. No benefits shall be given directly or indirectly to the founder(s) or promoters or their relatives.
  9. Whenever required surplus funds of the company shall be invested strictly as per Section 11(5) of Income Tax Act, 1961.
